Service Scope

Cable tray installation is one of the main works that keeps electrical infrastructure organized on site. MDF Elektrik applies tray systems according to cable density, load capacity, fire zones and maintenance access. When power cables, low-current cabling, BMS infrastructure and data lines need separate routes, this separation is clearly built on site.

Application Process

1. 1The tray route is marked from drawings and checked against mechanical lines on site.
2. 2Hangers, brackets and supports are installed by axis; level and alignment are checked.
3. 3Tray sections, bends and covers are installed; sharp edges are cleaned.
4. 4After final route inspection, the installation is approved for cable pulling.
