Cable Tray Installation
Cable tray installation and route organization for power, data and low-current lines in industrial buildings.
Service Scope
Cable tray installation is one of the main works that keeps electrical infrastructure organized on site. MDF Elektrik applies tray systems according to cable density, load capacity, fire zones and maintenance access. When power cables, low-current cabling, BMS infrastructure and data lines need separate routes, this separation is clearly built on site.
Application Details
- Installation of galvanized, steel or aluminum cable tray systems
- Horizontal and vertical bends, drop sections and support brackets
- Separate routing for power cables and low-current cabling
- Control of tray fill rate, hanger spacing and load capacity
- Accessible routes for maintenance and future cable additions
Application Process
- 1The tray route is marked from drawings and checked against mechanical lines on site.
- 2Hangers, brackets and supports are installed by axis; level and alignment are checked.
- 3Tray sections, bends and covers are installed; sharp edges are cleaned.
- 4After final route inspection, the installation is approved for cable pulling.
Delivered Work
- Completed cable tray routes
- Separated carrier lines for power and low-current systems
- Support and hanger system ready for cable pulling
- Route notes for future site revisions
Application Areas
- Factories and production areas
- Data centers and technical rooms
- Hospital, hotel and mall electrical shafts
- Warehouses, car parks and logistics centers
